Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Utsub Gifts, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, joyful, and hassle-free. While we take utmost care in packaging and delivering quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@utsubgifts.in with your Order ID.
If eligible, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Transit Damage Policy
Although rare, in case a product is damaged in transit:
An opening video is mandatory. Kindly record a full, uncut video while opening the parcel and clearly show the damage.
Email us at support@utsubgifts.in with the video attached.
If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Without an opening video, we will not be able to assist with replacements or claims.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:
Exchanges are available for the same product only, if defective or damaged.
If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Exchange is permitted once per order.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Products bought on sale, with discount codes, or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.
We do not accept exchanges for dislike of color, theme, or design. All product details and images are clearly provided—please read them carefully before ordering.
Product Eligibility for Exchange:
Must be unused and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Size-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A video showing product and repackaging must be submitted along with the request.
Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
In case reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you’ll be required to send the item back to us.
Exchange requests not fulfilled within 5–7 business days from the date of raising the request will be automatically cancelled.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
Approved refunds will be credited in 4–6 business days to the original payment method (depending on your bank).
We do not offer returns for customized items or if the customer simply changes their mind.
